By using Rankd, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Rankd.
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
• One account per person. Don't share credentials.
• We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your Content

• Your rankings, watch tags, and lists are yours.
• By using Rankd, you grant us a license to display your rankings to your friends and in community leaderboards.
• Aggregated, anonymized ranking data may be used for community features and analytics.
• You can delete your account and data at any time by contacting privacy@getrankd.com.

Acceptable Use

Don't:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to manipulate rankings
• Harass, bully, or send abusive messages to other users
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer the app or API

Rankd Pro Subscriptions

• Pricing: $3.99/month or $29.99/year. Prices may vary by region.
• Free trial: Annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime in your App Store, Google Play, or Stripe account settings. You keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: Handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe per their refund policies.

Movie Data

Movie and TV show information is provided by TMDB. Rankd is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Poster images and metadata are used under TMDB's API terms.

Disclaimer

Rankd is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uptime, data preservation, or that the app will meet your specific needs. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankd's total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (or $0 for free users).

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
